Barnett Hall
Barnett-Hall is a joint account between W&R Barnett Trading and R&H Hall Trading. Barnett and Hall have been leading suppliers to the Irish feed industry of grain and non-grain feed ingredients since 1896 and 1839 respectively. Etain was approached to design an admin system to replace their current system (legacy admin system and paper-based).

From a series of workshops, we identified key users (personas) and the key tasks that they need to carry out. We then created user flows for each of these tasks.
